- Upload the files it needs — like:

- Testimonials
- Case studies
- Sample emails or blog posts
- Writing guidelines
This gives GPT everything it needs to hit the ground running.
Real Example: Writing a Blog Post on Cash Flow
Let’s say you want to write a blog post titled:
“Why Every Plumbing Business Needs a Cash Flow Forecast”
With your Project set up properly, ChatGPT will:
- Use your client persona to speak directly to plumbers
- Pull in a relevant success story
- End with a powerful testimonial from your client
All without you typing more than a short sentence.
It’s like having your own marketing copywriter — who never forgets who your audience is.
Create Visuals Too — Not Just Words
Here’s something else…
You can even create thumbnail images for your blog posts right inside ChatGPT.
Just ask:
“Create a photorealistic thumbnail image for this blog. Include the title and a client testimonial.”
ChatGPT will design a branded image with the right message and tone. It’s quick, effective, and keeps your marketing assets consistent.
Review and Improve Emails on the Spot
Don’t like the way an email sounds? Paste it into your Marketing Project and ask GPT to:
