Here is a reminder of what you have joined

Price Consulting

In this 12-month programme you will learn:

How you package a pricing consulting service,
How you promote it to clients and people you would love to have as clients,
How you sell it,
How you price it so it becomes the most profitable thing you do, and
How to deliver the solution and change clients’ lives.

The programme will consist of:

Comprehensive video training delivered over the 12 months teaching you everything you need to know to turn this into your most profitable service offering.
All the tools, systems and resources you need to package, promote, sell, price and deliver your solution.
6 online live sessions with me where you will learn my latest insights and, most important, be able to get your questions answered.
Access to a Closed Facebook group where you can ask me questions and learn from other accounting professionals on the same journey.
Bonus: Licence to use my Power Pricing software (only if you qualified).

The resources and training you will receive

Training videos – these will be delivered at regular intervals via my video training platform. Please check in at least once per month to access the latest training. To access the training simply click on My Library in the menu bar at the top of this page.

Tools, systems and resources – these will also be contained within my video training platform as downloads. Some of these downloads will be to the right of a training video and sometimes they will be in a separate post.

Live sessions – you will be able to join at least 4 live sessions during the year. The dates of these will be announced in the training platform and in the Facebook group. So, keep checking in.

For the purpose of clarity, this is not a one-to-one mentoring programme. I normally charge £3,800 per day for consulting work. Your small investment in the Price Consulting programme does not include unlimited telephone or email support direct from me. If you want a greater level of direct support from me, I can offer you an upgrade option. Nevertheless, outside of the monthly meetings I very often answer questions posted in the Facebook group.

The bottom line is this…

You will be one of my ‘students’ and I want every one of my students to succeed. And I will do whatever it takes to help the group succeed. That’s my commitment to you.

My guarantee to you

I know you will love this programme and it will give you what you need to change clients’ lives. But if for any reason, during any month, you are not completely delighted you can ask for a full refund of that month’s investment (not earlier months) and leave the programme. So, you have no risk in trying out the programme for a month.

Note: If you leave the programme you will no longer have access to the training, tools, resources and software. But you will benefit from everything you have learned.

The Facebook group

An important part of this mentoring programme is your access to the Facebook group. This is a place you can:

Ask me, or other members of the group, questions outside of the 'live' sessions.
Share your success stories with the group.
Share any resources you have created with the group.
Get important updates and announcements from me.

Note: This is a Closed group which means anything you post here is only available to people in the group. Your comments and posts do not appear on your own personal pages.

Bonus: Power Pricing software

If you qualified by signing up on the launch webinar, when you complete the training programme, you have an ongoing licence* to use the Power Pricing software. The licence will start 30 days after joining Price Consulting.

Please note: you will be able to access the software 30 days after signing up to the programme (details of how to do this will be sent to you via the Price Consulting programme in the video training platform).

*A licence applies to an individual, not a firm. If other partners in your firm want access they will need to join the programme.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the questions I often get....

Can other members of my team or business partners join a live mentoring session?

Yes, but the investment in the training is per person. So, if you want someone else to be a permanent part of a group they will need to invest in the programme. However, if you have a team member ‘peering over your shoulder’ during a live session and watching/listening I won’t tell you off! However, please do not allow other members of your team to log in separately.

If I will miss a live session can I send a substitute?

Although your investment is for me to mentor an individual, I also want to be as flexible as possible and so I am happy for you to send a substitute if you can't make it.

Who do I contact if I have a question?

If your question is about pricing I recommend you post it into the Facebook group where you are likely to get answers from the rest of the group as well as me. But if your question is about administrative issues (e.g. you want to send a substitute to a live session) please email Sarah Cross at [email protected].

What if I change my mind or my circumstances change?

Like all my mentoring programmes you are in full control. If you decide you don’t want to complete the training – perhaps something changes or you decide it’s not for you – then no problem. Simply let me know and we will cancel your payments.

There is no commitment to complete the programme.
